Eiweiss dient dem Aufbau und Erhalt der Muskelmasse. Der Protein 50 ist ein Multiproteinriegel basierend auf fünf Proteinkomponenten. Ersetzt dank seinem hohen Eiweissanteil von 50% pro Riegel einen Protein-Shake und ist daher bestens geeignet für die Ausser-Haus-Verpflegung. Mit Vitaminen, welche beispielsweise zu einem normalen Protein- und Glycogenstoffwechsel beitragen (B6), oder zur normalen Synthese und Stoffwechsel von Steroidhormonen (Pantothensäure). Chrom trägt zur Aufrechterhaltung eines normalen Blutzuckerspiegels bei. Enthält nur 4.5 g Fett pro Riegel. Protein 50 ist auch reich an Nahrungsfasern und enthält nur 0.5 g an Zuckerarten pro Riegel.
Verzehrempfehlung von max. 3 Riegeln pro Tag nicht überschreiten.
